Corresponds to the German Tobacco Ordinance
According to the Ordinance on Tobacco Products (Tobacco Ordinance), compliances must be followed while manufacturing and preparing tobacco products. Components used for manufacturing these products like printing inks, adhesives, papers, etc should adhere to the compliances. This ordinance has made it necessary for tobacco companies to follow the strict guidelines to manufacture products which come under § 3 paras. 1 of the Food and Consumer Goods Act. Manufacturers and importers of the tobacco company are responsible for abiding by these laws.
