Series 975 UV high gloss screen printing ink series for printing on plastics, paper and cardboard.
975 UV ink is a universal UV-only silk screen printing ink series. It has high gloss, good adhesion, and good viscosity on the screen, so it can be printed without clogging. It is used most often for the surface printing of tubes and cosmetic containers, made of pre-treated Polyolefins, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and other plastic types as well as for printing on paper and cardboard. This high gloss UV ink series is very reactive in nature, assuring good curing and adhesion even when printing at high machine speeds. The inks of the 975UV series are constitutionally free from toxic elements and solvents. Pre-treatment of polyolefins (PE/PP) must be performed by flame treatment or CORONA-discharge in order to insure the adhesion of the UV screen printing ink to the substrate.
